The Law Majalla was first published in 1985 as a way for the students of the Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws to contribute to the ever-growing body of legal scholarship. Ever since its inception, The Law Majalla has striven to do just that, having featured articles from such notable contributors as Dato' Faiza bin Haji Tamby Chik in matters ranging from Malaysian Law to Islamic Shari’ah Law.
Many of IIUM’s very own students who have published in the Law Majalla have gone on to make a name for themselves in the wider legal world.
True to our credentials, the Law Majalla is run entirely by undergraduate students of the Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws. Our team is comprised of a handpicked selection of students with extensive experience in publication and editing.
